Live scores from the 2026 World Cup as a facade projection in the Medienhafen

For the 2026 World Cup, TNL created a live scoreboard in Düsseldorf’s Medienhafen, displaying real-time match results on the facade of the UNIQ TOWERS - a new office complex on Kaistraße. Visible far beyond the Medienhafen, including from the Rheinkniebrücke and surrounding districts, the projection mapping display operated daily between 10:15 PM and 4:45 AM (accounting for time zone differences). It offered a broad audience real-time match results integrated directly into the cityscape, without the need for a conventional screen. TNL deployed high-performance projectors on the 12th-floor roof terraces of the towers, at a height of approximately 51 meters. The images were projected onto the UNIQ TOWERS' distinctive structural arches - a surface offering a scale and level of visibility that is truly unique. This initiative also marked the public debut of the UNIQ TOWERS; the projection mapping did more than just illuminate the building - it transformed it into a highly visible part of the city's life.
